Request Policy Cancellation

By submitting this request, the Insured or Policyholder formally requests and consents to the immediate or specified future cancellation of the referenced insurance Policy(ies) and acknowledges full acceptance of these material terms: Cancellation may not be immediate, requiring 24 to 48 hours for notification. This cancellation does not absolve the Policyholder from any extant financial responsibilities; if a balance remains, the Company, carrier, agent, or broker reserves the right to request payment prior to cancellation or pursue collection/legal remedies thereafter. All deposit, monthly, Policy, and Broker fees are typically non-refundable. If a refund of unearned premiums is due, the Carrier may take four (4) to six (6) weeks to remit it. For follow-up regarding confirmation or refund after this period, the Insured must contact info@4insura.com or call 800-720-0313 during business hours.
